We would like to introduce you to our plans to create a new public space and residential development at Ironmonger Yard (previously known as Bardell Wharf) at the junction of Rochester High Street, Corporation Street and Star Hill.
Donard Living believes these new plans will better meet the needs of the community by providing a mix of built to rent, built for sale, affordable and later living apartments on the site. A new public space is proposed and the Star Hill junction has been redesigned to reconnect the High Street. It is designed to transform a part of Rochester that has been neglected for many years.
