Following consultation with local residents and community groups, the Ironmonger Yard team will review the comments and then submit a final planning application to Medway Council for consideration in 2024.
It is hoped Medway Council will be able to make a decision this autumn, with the aim of getting construction under way by the end of 2024 or early in 2025.
